We are open every day from 08:00-18:00 hr. To deliver on Sunday or holidays, you are able to make your order in advance and our staff will prepare and deliver your flowers in advance also.

*Please provide us the receiver’s active phone number to contact and to make appointment for delivery.

Please be informed that we would be unable to contact the receiver if the phone number is not correct which would cause the delay on delivery. Therefore, please take your time on filling up the contact information, deliver location and we would be much appreciate if you could provide us the name of a company, department, branch, address, contact number, floor or room number as it would help us deliver correctly and easily.

In case of we are unable to contact the receiver or to face any problems during the delivery, we will contact the sender right away to ask for more information of the receiver to make sure that the flowers will be delivered on the date and time that assigned.

*We provide the photo service by sending photos via email or Line to sender after delivery was done only. (Remark: Photo will be taken if we receive the permission only.)

*Free Card attachment, please write your card message while making the order

*To check the distance and delivery fee, kindly see the attach file on the website.

There will be no delivery fee or any service charges in case receiver is close to our branches or in our service area, however, we will inform the customer the extra delivery fee if receiver is far from our suppliers’ service area.

*To make order in advance will be charged as the same rate as normal days. There will be no extra charge on Sunday or holidays.

Surprise Service

We are able to provide the Surprise Service if sender is possible to prevent the delivery problem; such as, providing the backup person’s phone number to contact to make an appointment to do the Surprise Service.

*The sender should be certain that the receiver would be at the delivery point and at the right time (receiver’s address shall be clear, correct and phone number shall be active.) or we reserve no rights to responsible for any fail delivery in any cases due to possibility of delivery problems that might occur.

***Once you make the order, please provide the payment slip to confirm every times.

The delivery fee depends on the distance which we will inform the details and rates in each area on the website for customers to check. Please noted that delivery fee can be different depends on the distance.

Delivery time

We are possible to deliver within a day if customers make the order before 1600 hr of every days except Bangkok where we can deliver within a day by make your order before 17:00 hr.

Some products might be replaced with equal value material but different types or colors.
